The report has it that A/V/S/E Johnson Olajuwon (J.J.) was last seen reading the first lesson at the Cross Over Service before heading to the Mercy Land, where he prayed.
The wound has struck the Celestial Church of Christ International, Ketu, Lagos State, as the Parish mourns the untimely passing of their beloved Woleader, A/V/S/E Johnson Olajuwon, affectionately known as “J.J.”
The unfortunate news of his death came in the early hours of 1st January 2025, leaving the congregation in deep sorrow. A/V/S/E Johnson Olajuwon, a devoted member of the church, began his journey of service as a Prophet at CCC Olowu Cathedral, Lagos Island. Known for his unwavering dedication, compassion, and spiritual enthusiasm.
His sudden departure, showing no signs of illness, has left everyone in disbelief. The Parish Shepherd, V/S/E Tosho Oshoffa, is overcome with grief, mourning the loss of a trusted leader and brother in Christ.
The entire Parish extends heartfelt condolences to his family, loved ones, and the congregation. We pray for strength, comfort, and peace during this time of mourning, knowing that his service to God and humanity will forever be remembered.
VSE Tosho Oshoffa said that ‘ he met you (AVSE John Olajuwon) in Celestial Church Internationalhqtrsc Ketu Saint SBJ OSHOFFA when he was posted there as Shepherd, He kept him as his Wolider , both became friends, companions in the Vineyard, you were such a dedicated, loyal and truthful servant of Almighty God.
Unfortunately, we lost you today in the cold hands of death said the Shepherd.
The course of his death is yet to be ascertained, likewise his burial arrangements yet to be announced by the family.
